Vaccinations
When administering vaccinations we follow the latest published guidelines provided by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).

For Cats
It is recommended that kittens are tested for existing feline leukemia and immunodeficiency virus exposure prior to vaccinating against these diseases, and kittens are provided two rounds of FVRCP vaccinations three weeks apart, which is repeated once, a year later and every three years thereafter.

For Dogs
It is recommended that puppies receive four rounds of DHPP combination vaccination, (which includes Parvo), 3-4 weeks apart, and a rabies vaccination, which are all repeated once, a year later and every three years thereafter. We also offer an annual Kennel Cough vaccination and carry the Corona virus vaccine for dogs. Other vaccines can be provided on request.

All patients presenting for vaccinations are required to have a consultation with the doctor. Patients previously vaccinated will need to bring copies of records prior to receiving any further vaccinations or certificates.
